I recently made my life easier and left myself saying, “Well, duh yeah.”
Four years ago, when Jim first started taking medications, we bought one of those weekly pill containers.
We stopped using it after a few days because Jim’s hands shook too much and he ended up dumping the entire case.
I kept the container, figuring it would be useful for something else. The other day, as I pulled his vitamins out of hiding, I realized I could use the segmented tray for both of us and avoid reminding Jim where I put the bottles everyday.
I put Jim’s pills in the blue side and mine in the purple and voila daily vitamin distribution in 30 seconds without the fear of him opening bottles and self administering.
It doesn’t seem like much, but every time you can take a task from your list of things to remember, I count as a win.
