Happy New Year

 

My goals for 2021:

  1. Continue to be patient. I’m not the one struggling to remember who I am.
  2. Find ways to take a break. I don’t have to be on 24/7
  3. Find support. Don’t let myself get lulled into the trap of “I can do this on my own”
  4. Declutter. Both the house and my mind. Fewer distractions are better for both of us.
  5. Advertise my Plan B. Not only have a Plan B in case something happens to me but make sure other’s have access so they can step in at a moment’s notice.
  6. Take better care of myself. Mentally, Emotionally and Physically.
