My goals for 2021:
- Continue to be patient. I’m not the one struggling to remember who I am.
- Find ways to take a break. I don’t have to be on 24/7
- Find support. Don’t let myself get lulled into the trap of “I can do this on my own”
- Declutter. Both the house and my mind. Fewer distractions are better for both of us.
- Advertise my Plan B. Not only have a Plan B in case something happens to me but make sure other’s have access so they can step in at a moment’s notice.
- Take better care of myself. Mentally, Emotionally and Physically.
